We explore the fundamentals of gastronomy. However, “there is no restaurant behind the curtains”. Instead, we are an atelier hosting events with a Chef’s Table seating only ten people.

We are inspired by the rhythm of nature, our local surroundings and culture.

We invite you to spend an evening with us for an immersive experience of our location, a sequence of dishes, and (non)alcoholic pairing, surrounded by contemporary design. Based on our inspirations and exploring the outcomes of our test kitchen in our Atelier, together.
