December is a month for gathering.
Throughout the festive season, Fundamental is available exclusively for private dinners and gatherings. In our Rotterdam atelier, we welcome groups of 6 to 18 guests. Beyond the atelier, we cook on location, from intimate dinners at home to larger gatherings.
For the festive season, each menu is created especially for you.
We like to hear about the dishes that return every year, flavours that hold a memory, ingredients that belong to this time of year or traditions that simply have to be there.
We take these as a starting point and translate them through Fundamental, together with the season, the landscape, and ingredients gathered, grown and preserved throughout the year.
Not a fixed festive menu, but something personal, created for the occasion.
AT THE ATELIER
A private dinner in our Rotterdam atelier, for groups of 6 to 18 guests.
The atelier is yours for the evening.
4 courses + amuse & pairing — €135 p.p.
5 courses + amuse & pairing — €155 p.p.
Our pairing is created alongside the menu, moving between botanical cocktails, fermentations, infusions and extracts, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. A fully non-alcoholic pairing is always possible.
ON LOCATION
At home, at work, or somewhere chosen for the occasion. From an intimate seated dinner to a shared table or a larger gathering, the format is shaped around the place, the occasion and the people coming together.
Every request is different. We create a proposal based on the location, number of guests and the way you would like to gather.
