Fundamental creates gastronomic experiences beyond the atelier.
From private dinners and shared tables to larger gatherings, brand events and cultural projects, each experience begins with the place, the season and the people coming together.
Rather than working with fixed menus or formats, we develop each occasion individually. Food can be served as a seated dinner, move through a space, or become part of a larger installation or event.
Our approach brings together gastronomy, landscape and design. Menus follow the season and may include ingredients gathered, grown, fermented and preserved throughout the year. When the occasion asks for it, we work with artists, designers and other disciplines to shape the experience around it.
Fundamental works both privately and with brands, companies and cultural institutions, from intimate gatherings to larger events.
